Wicker has a lot of money behind his re-election effort. Without it, he would be lost in the wilderness. The only way he can keep his seat is to BUY IT, he can't be elected based on his accomplishments in office or for his qualifications for office.
I think the Rev. Gore would be a great replacement for Wicker. I sure plan to vote GORE for senator in 2012! I suggest my fellow-Mississippians follow my lead.

"President Barack Obama picked up the endorsement of The New York Times on Saturday, a decision the paper's editorial board said was due to administration policies that have placed the economy on the path to recovery, the passage of landmark health care reform, the advocating of women's rights and a foreign policy agenda that has kept unstable regions from combustion -- all accomplished, the board argues, in the face of an "ideological assault" from the Republican Party." -- HP, 10/27/12

[O]"bama failed to protect our consulate when he knew our ambassador was in danger. [O]bama refused to send help to our consulate even as we were being attacked. obama needs to be impeached for the murder and cover up of the killing of our ambassador and all Dana can talk about is Donald Trump.
Any surrogate for Romney has more sense than a surrogate for [O]bama. I just wish I could see the look on Dana's face when Romney wins the whitehouse."--Kevin Ott
AB's Reply:
I would like to see Kevin Ott's face when Obama settles down in the Whitehouse for four more years. Obama 2012!
"It's astonishing that every one of these actual, elected representatives to the United States Congress have voted to redefine rape, to gut the Clean Air Act, to reject the science of climate change, to let women die, and to abolish Medicare. But that's just the beginning of the racist, sexist, anti-science, hypocritical and downright crazy things that have been said and done by some of the most odious members of the most extreme Congress in history."-- CREDO

"So we know Governor Romney's jobs plan doesn't create jobs. His deficit plan doesn't reduce the deficit. And we joke about 'Romnesia,' but all of this speaks to something that's really important, and that is the issue of trust."

"He [Powell] said Romney's foreign policy was a 'moving target.' 'One day he has a certain strong view about staying in Afghanistan, but then on Monday night he agrees with the withdrawal. Same thing in Iraq. On every issue that was discussed on Monday night, Gov. Romney agreed with the president with some nuances. But this is quite a different set of foreign policy views than he had earlier in the campaign.'"
