Christopher Mink, 43, of 2636 Highway 370, Baldwyn, was arrested on Saturday and charged with aggravated assault and kidnapping. Law enforcement responded to a residence on County Road 2890 where a woman had come to the residence and reported she’d been assaulted.
The woman was transported to North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo and then transferred to Jackson for treatment.
Mink’s bond will be set on Monday.
