Mike Allen, defense attorney for Andy Kennedy, called a few minutes ago. Allen said he "cannot confirm or deny a possible plea agreement, but the case will be resolved on Monday." Sources I've worked with on this case believe Kennedy will plead Monday to fourth-degree disorderly conduct -- not simple assault -- and that there will be no trial.
