Stuedeman previews fall softball

Van Stuedeman enters her third season as head softball coach at Mississippi State having led the Bulldogs to back-to-back NCAA Tournaments.

MSU returns 13 letterwinners from its 2013 squad that went 33-24 overall and 8-16 in conference play. Stuedeman signed seven newcomers and got her first opportunity to work with them when the Bulldogs began fall practice last weekend.

Stuedeman spoke with the media about her squad as they start fall workouts.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
