Mississippi State has four seniors representing the Bulldogs in all-star games this postseason.

Running back LaDarius Perkins will play in the East West Shrine Game in St. Petersburg, Fla., on Saturday televised on the NFL Network at 3 p.m. Perkins will play for the East team wearing his usual No. 27. He is also an alternate for the Senior Bowl.

Linebacker Deontae Skinner will also be in action at 5 p.m. Saturday in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl in Carson, Calif., televised by ESPN. Skinner will play on the National team wearing No. 56.

Defensive end Denico Autry was on the National roster in the inaugural Medal of Honor Bowl last weekend in Charleston, S.C. However, Autry was not listed as one of the participants who played in the game which was won 20-3 by the American team. Autry will join Skinner in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl on Saturday suiting up on the National team as well wearing No. 90.

Guard Gabe Jackson will take part in the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., on Jan. 25 televised on the NFL Network. Senior Bowl practices will also be aired on the NFL Network as well. Jackson will wear No. 60 on the South roster.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
