Postgame interviews: Georgia

Mississippi State won an SEC series at Georgia for the first time since 1997 over they weekend by sweeping a Saturday doubleheader 6-1 and 4-1 following a 7-1 loss on Friday. MSU also snapped a nine-game losing streak at Foley Field in Athens. The Journal caught up with head coach John Cohen, third baseman Matthew Britton and pitcher Ross Mitchell to talk about the SEC opening series win.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
