M.L. “Tigue” Moore Field

It’s Game 4 of the Lafayette Regional as Mississippi State meets Jackson State in the winner’s bracket. Louisiana-Lafayette eliminated San Diego State 9-2 earlier today. Today’s game will be televised on ESPN3.com. It’s been raining some here today so it’s nice and muggy out here. The Bulldogs will be wearing maroon hats, maroon “MS” jerseys with grey pants and will be the visitors. The Tigers are clad in navy hats and white uniforms.

It’s currently raining but it’s an all turf field except for the mound, which just got turfed.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
