Mississippi State junior quarterback Dak Prescott will serve as a counselor at the 18th annual Manning Passing Academy on the campus of Nicholls State in Thibodaux, La.

The camp will be headed up by former NFL and Ole Miss great Archie Manning and his sons Cooper, Peyton and Eli.

The camp will run today through Sunday with over 1,000 high school quarterbacks, running backs, receivers and tight ends attending.

Other college quarterbacks serving as counselors along with Prescott include Jameis Winston (Florida State), Marcus Mariota (Oregon), Brett Hundley (UCLA), Sean Mannion (Oregon State), Cody Kessler (USC), Jeff Driskel (Florida), Bo Wallace (Ole Miss), Dylan Thompson (South Carolina), Trevor Knight (Oklahoma), Bryce Petty (Baylor), Bryan Bennett (Southeastern Louisiana), Anthony Boone (Duke), John O’Korn (Houston), Devin Gardiner (Michigan), Garrett Grayson (Colorado State), P.J. Walker (Temple), Gunner Kiel (Cincinnati) and Kyle Caldwell (West Alabama).

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
