Fans will get an in-depth look at No. 12 Mississippi State’s preparations leading up to Saturday’s kickoff against sixth-ranked Texas A&M as ESPN goes all-access with the Bulldogs beginning Thursday morning.

Coverage begins Thursday morning at 8 a.m. with Kaylee Hartung interviewing coach Dan Mullen in his office which will air on SportsCenter. Hartung will then turn her focus to junior quarterback Dak Prescott for a SportsCenter interview in the weight room at 10 a.m.

ESPN will then observe MSU’s defensive staff during a live look in at noon followed by an interview with defensive coordinator Geoff Collins.

Coverage then switches over to ESPNews as the Bulldogs begin preparing for practice at 2:45 p.m. Mullen will also wear a microphone for ESPNews beginning around 4 p.m.

Segments of ESPN’s time in Starkville will also be part of College Football Live broadcasts at 1:30 p.m. on ESPN and 3 p.m. on ESPNU. They will also appear on the SEC Network at 8 p.m. Thursday.

Mullen will appear on the SEC Nation set live from the Junction on SportsCenter at 12:10 p.m. Friday on ESPN. SEC Network will film segments from the set at 11:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. as well on Friday.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
