Two Bulldogs named All-American

Mississippi State placed two players on the Associated Press All-American team that was announced on Tuesday.

Junior linebacker Benardrick McKinney earned as spot on the second team while senior offensive guard Ben Beckwith was named to the third team.

McKinney led the Bulldogs with 61 tackles, eight tackles for loss, three sacks, one forced fumble and three fumble recoveries.

Beckwith was a three-time SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week winner and was a finalist for the Bulsworth Trophy.
