I arrived in Jackson at the Big House for today’s game against USC Upstate. It’s a small crowd on hand, much like last year in Tupelo. Freshmen Maurice Dunlap and Demetrius Houston will both miss today’s game. Dunlap has a fractured right wrist and will miss at most two weeks and Houston is out with a concussion. Today’s game is not televised so stay tuned for updates throughout.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
