Mississippi State returns home to take on Alabama tonight. The Crimson Tide made the trek down Highway 82 banged up with Ricky Tarrant out of action and both Michael Kessens and Retin Obasohan listed as questionable for tonight’s game. The parking lot is really crowded outside the Hump tonight with Cowbell Yell going on at Dudy Noble Field next door. I’ve been here since 5:30 p.m. in order to do an interview with women’s basketball coach Vic Schaefer.

Remember that tonight’s game will be televised on SEC Network and could tip as late at 8:05 p.m. I’ll be here through the duration and will have starting lineups when they become available.

PLENTY of good seats available for tonight’s game.

Event Group tried to run Dak Prescott out of his seat in the lower level. They should be happy people are trying to fill up the lower section.

Final stats

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
