Live from the Hump

I’m finally starting to feel a little better and have emerged from my house for the first time in three days to cover the final men’s basketball home game of the year. Mississippi State is honoring four seniors – Trivante Bloodman, Isaiah Butler, Jeffery Johnson and Roquez Johnson – before today’s game. The baseball team defeated San Diego 4-2 today to even the series.

It’s a very small crowd. Probably the smallest men’s crowd I’ve seen in my decade covering the team. Remember today’s game is on the SEC Network.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
