Mississippi State wide receiver De’Runnya Wilson was one of four men arrested Friday night during a traffic stop in River Falls, Ala.

Wilson along with Artis Cleveland, Keith Middleton and Isaiah Maston were charged with second degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped for speeding on Highway 84 around 9 p.m. according to WFSA 12 News.

A K9 unit detected the drugs and all four men were booked in the Covington County Jail.

Wilson was the Bulldogs leading receiver in 2014, hauling in 47 passes for 680 yards and nine touchdowns as a sophomore.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
