After a bit of a hiatus, the in-game updates have returned. I’ve had spring football interfering with my usual baseball coverage, not that you’ve missed much here lately. Mississippi State is seeking to snap a 28-inning scoreless streak and have been shutout the last three games. We’ll see if the Bulldogs can avoid being swept by Auburn and salvage today’s game. MSU has already lost its three SEC series to start the season. The Diamond Dogs are clad in maroon hats and cream uniforms while the Tigers are wearing navy hats with orange bills and grey uniforms.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
