The Mississippi State duo of Dan Mullen and Fred McCrary finished in ninth place at the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl Challenge raising $20,000 for charity.

It is the fifth time the two have teamed up at the event held at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Ga. In that span, Mullen and McCrary have won $155,000 for charity.

This year the Bulldogs finished five under par and four strokes off the lead. Georgia Tech’s Paul Johnson and Jon Barry won the event for the fourth time after defeating Alabama’s Nick Saban and Mark Ingram, South Carolina’s Steve Spurrier and Sterling Sharpe and N.C. State’s Dave Doeren and Terry Harvey in a playoff.

Mullen and McCrary finished fourth among Southeastern Conference teams.
