Mississippi State’s home match-up with Troy on Oct. 10 has been slated for a 3 p.m. kickoff.

It will be the Bulldogs second afternoon contest of the season. The game will be televised on The SEC Network.

MSU leads the all-time series 3-1 overall and 2-1 in Starkville. The Bulldogs won the last meeting 62-7 at Davis Wade Stadium in 2013.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
