Info: Corey Dickerson signed with the Diamond Dogs out of Meridian Community College before being selected in the eighth round of the 2010 MLB Draft by Colorado. The Brookhaven native is in his third season in the Big Leagues. Dickerson went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer against the Giants on Sunday.

Info: Kendall Graveman was the ace of MSU’s pitching staff that advanced to the College World Series championship series in 2013. Graveman was picked in the eighth round (235th overall) by the Blue Jays and made his MLB debut late last year before being traded in the offseason.

Info: Speedster Billy Hamilton signed to play wide receiver for the Bulldogs in 2009 and was expected to suit up for the Diamond Dogs as well. But the former Taylorsville standout was selected in the second round of the 2009 MLB Draft and set the Minor League single-season record with 155 steals three years later.

Info: Jacob Lindgren signed a $1.1 million contract after the Yankees drafted him in the second round (55th overall) in 2014. Lindgren played at four different levels as a rookie last year going a combined 2-1 with a 2.16 ERA, 48 strikeouts and 13 walks.

The Brandon native went 0-for-4 with four strikeouts in his final game of 2015 against the Mets on Saturday.

Info: Mitch Moreland is in his sixth season in the majors helping Texas reach the World Series in 2010 and 2011. Moreland was a 17th round draft pick by Texas in 2007 after leading the Diamond Dogs to Omaha. The Amory native played in all five games of the ALDS against the Blue Jays but went hitless in 13 at bats.

Info: Jonathan Papelbon is a six-time All-Star in his ninth season as one of baseball’s elite closers with 349 career saves. Papelbon is the Red Sox and Phillies franchise leader in saves after being drafted in the fourth round by Boston in 2003. He is the only closer in MLB history to record 100 saves in both the American and National League. Papelbon was suspended four games without pay by the Nationals for an altercation in the dugout with teammate Bryce Harper on Sunday.

Info: Buck Showalter took over Baltimore in late in the 2010 season after serving as an analyst on ESPN’s Baseball Tonight. The Orioles are the fourth team Showalter has managed in the big leagues with previous stints with the Yankees, Diamondbacks and Rangers and has been named the American League Manager of the Year three times including last season after leading Baltimore to the pennant. The Orioles finished in third place in the AL East, 12 games behind the division champion Blue Jays.

Info: Bobby Thigpen is in his ninth season on the White Sox coaching staff and third in the big leagues. As a player, Thigpen is the White Sox career saves leader with 201 and held the MLB single-season record with 57 saves for 18 years and finished fourth in the AL Cy Young voting in 1990. He was a member of MSU’s famed 1985 College World Series squad.

Info: Former Mississippi State defensive back Adron Chambers helped the Cardinals claim their World Series championship in 2011. Chambers played in five games for the Bulldogs football team in 2006 recording seven tackles and an interception before being dismissed from the team. Chambers spent last season in Triple-A with the Astros and Blue Jays farm systems hitting .283 with five homers and 29 RBI.

The former All-American helped the Diamond Dogs reach the College World Series in 2007.

He went 7-3 with three saves and a 2.47 ERA, 81 strikeouts and 20 walks in 76.2 innings during his first full season in the minors last year.

Info: Jonathan Holder holds the MSU all-time saves record closing out 37 games during his Bulldog career. He is also the school’s single-season saves leader with 21 in 2013. The Gulfport native was selected in the sixth round (182nd overall) in 2014 by the Yankees. Holder went 2-3 with a 3.96 ERA, 34 strikeouts and 13 walks in 36.1 innings as a rookie last season. He was a 2015 Mid-Season All-Star.

Info: Hunter Renfroe was an All-American and Ferriss Trophy winner for the Bulldogs in 2013 helping MSU reach the College World Series championship series. Renfroe was selected as the 13th overall pick in the 2013 MLB Draft by the Padres. The Crystal Springs native hit .267 with 21 homers and 75 RBI in his second minor league season last year.

Info: Adam Frazier was a three-year starter at MSU and led the Diamond Dogs to the College World Series championship series setting the school single-season record with 107 hits as a junior. Frazier was selected in the sixth round (179th overall) of the 2013 MLB Draft by Pittsburgh. He hit .252 with one home run, 42 RBI and 14 stolen bases in his first full season in the minors last year.

Info: Ben Bracewell signed with the Athletics as a free agent last year after a successful stint in independent baseball with the River City Rascals of the Frontier League. Bracewell recorded three saves and had a 0.90 ERA with nine strikeouts and three walks in 10 innings as a rookie. He served as a co-captain for the 2014 MSU squad and served as a starter, reliever and closer during his career in Starkville.

He appeared in one big league game with the Phillies in 2003.

He played for Team USA and was a second team All-American by Perfect Game.

Info: Nick Flair redshirted at MSU in 2012 and led the team with a .571 batting average the following year. Flair transferred to Gulf Coast State (Fla.) College and then to the University of Tampa where he hit .333 with nine home runs and 59 RBIs as a junior. He was picked in the 34th round (1,035th overall) to the Los Angeles Angels.

The Eupora native was 4-3 with a 7.23 ERA, 20 strikeouts and 12 walks in 37.1 innings in the Padres Double-A affiliate last season.

Info: Carlos Leal caught for the Diamond Dogs in the fall of 2009 prior to transferring to East Central Community College. Although he was drafted in the 33rd round by the Pirates in 2012, the Puerto Rican signed with Delta State and lettered for two years for the Statesmen. The Brewers selected him in the 34th round (1,016th overall) as a pitcher and had a 8.53 ERA with nine strikeouts and four walks in 6.1 innings as a rookie last year. Leal is currently on the disabled list.

Info: Bret Marks went through fall ball with the Diamond Dogs before transferring to to Wallace State (Ala.) Community College and then to Tennessee. As a senior, Marks  posted a 4-5 record  with a 2.92 earned run average, 89 strikeouts and 28 walks in 77 innings. He was drafted in the 15th round (453rd overall) by the New York Yankees.

Info: James McMahon was part of MSU’s 2011 signing class but never played for the Bulldogs. The former Oak Grove standout stayed home and spent five years at Southern Miss, where he went 11-1 with a 1.56 ERA, 60 strikeouts and 22 walks in 92.1 innings as a redshirt senior. McMahon also won the Ferris Trophy in 2015. He was  taken in the 24th round (707th overall) by the Colorado Rockies.

He went 2-3 with a 4.22 ERA, 29 strikeouts and 13 walks in 32 innings in his first full season in the minors last year.

Info: Brett Pirtle was part of the College World Series runner-up team in 2013 and led the Bulldogs in hitting the following year. He was taken in the 23rd round (700th overall) by the Tigers. Pirtle hit .294 as a rookie last year with 11 doubles, one triple, a home run and 26 RBIs.

Info: Austin Riley was part of the Bulldogs 2015 signing class but was drafted 41st overall by the Atlanta Braves in lottery round A. The Southaven native signed a $1.6 million contract and bypassed college. As a senior, Riley hit .423 with 11 home runs and 31 RBI helping lead DeSoto Central to the 6A State Championship. He also went 7-2 on the mound with a 2.70 earned run average, one save, 82 strikeouts and 19 walks in 59.2 innings.

However, he opted to play pro baseball after being drafted by the Phillies in the third round (89th overall). Sandberg hit .235 with six homers and 24 RBI in his first full season in the minors last year.

The Wheeler native was selected in the 11th round (326th overall) by the Brewers in 2014. He went 1-2 with a 3.28 ERA, 37 strikeouts and 16 walks in 46.2 innings of work as a rookie last season.
