Ben Howland has added another highly-touted member to his first full signing class at Mississippi State.
Chattanooga, Tenn., four-star center Abdul Ado committed to the Bulldogs on Monday over 11 other offers including finalists Penn State, Auburn and LSU.
“I am excited to say that I am committing to Coach Howland and the Mississippi State Bulldogs!,” Ado tweeted. “I want to thank all the schools and coaches that recruited me over the past few years! I am excited about my future as a Mississippi State Bulldog!”
The 6-foot-11, 235-pounder is rated the No. 9 center in the nation and 77th overall prospect by 247Sports.com. Ado is Howland’s sixth commitment in a 2016 class that is ranked eighth in the country and second in the SEC.
