Mississippi State will start preparing to face N.C. State in the Belk Bowl beginning today at 1:30 p.m.

The first five Bulldogs’ bowl practices will be open to the public and media. Those practices will be held Saturday at 11 a.m., Sunday at 1:30 p.m., Monday at 2 p.m. and Tuesday at 10 a.m.

If weather forces the team inside the Palmeiro Center, practice will be closed.

MSU will continue to practice in Starkville Dec. 16-19 before taking a break for Christmas. The Bulldogs will report to Charlotte on Dec. 26 leading up to the Belk Bowl on Dec. 30.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
