No. 4 Mississippi State is vying for its first SEC Championship since 1989 with a series sweep of Arkansas today. For the Bulldogs to win the league outright, MSU will need Ole Miss to defeat Texas A&M. That game was delayed due to rain but I’ll keep you updated on that one as well today. The Diamond Dogs are wearing maroon hats and whiteout uniforms while the Razorbacks are clad in red hats, red jerseys and white pants with red pinstripes. It’s a beautiful afternoon here in Starkville and a large crowd is likely. Today’s game will begin on the SEC Network Alternate Channel then switch to the SEC Network.

I have covered Mississippi State in some capacity since 2004 and joined the Daily Journal staff in 2013. I enjoy short walks on the beach, performing concerts in my car and watching professional wrestling.
