Three Bulldogs earn All-SEC selections

Three Mississippi State seniors earned a spot on the Preseason All-SEC team selected by those in attendance at SEC Media Days this week.

Wide receiver Fred Ross was selected to the second team while defensive end A.J. Jefferson and linebacker Richie Brown both found a spot on the third team.

Ross led the conference with 88 catches for 1,007 yards and five touchdowns a year ago. Jefferson was the team leader with 13.5 tackles for loss to go along with 47 stops, five sacks and a forced fumble while Brown topped the Bulldogs with 109 tackles, 6.5 sacks and also made 13 tackles for loss and an interception.
