SEC schedule released for MSU women’s hoops

Mississippi State’s women’s SEC basketball schedule was released on Tuesday with 11 of the Bulldogs’ 13 league games being televised on either SEC Network, ESPN2 or ESPNU.

MSU will meet Tennessee, Ole Miss and Texas A&M twice during the regular season. The Bulldogs travel to Knoxville on Jan. 8 and the Lady Vols make the return trip on Feb. 26 to close out the season.

Ole Miss comes to Humphrey Coliseum on Jan. 16 and the Bulldogs visit Oxford on Feb. 12. Vic Schaefer welcomes his former team Texas A&M on Jan. 29 and goes to College Station on Feb. 19.

State opens the conference slate at home against LSU on Jan. 1 and also hosts Florida (Jan. 12), Missouri (Feb. 5), Vanderbilt (Feb. 9) and Georgia (Feb. 16).

The Bulldogs travel to Arkansas (Jan. 5), Alabama (Jan. 19), South Carolina (Jan. 23), Auburn (Feb. 2) and Kentucky (Feb. 23).
