Some notes here from media relations in advance of the Mississippi State game Saturday …
Tickets for the game remain on sale, and options include individual tickets (sideline, south end zone) for $75, Family Packs (includes $50 Rebel Bucks) for $300 and buy-one-get-one-free tickets for the north end zone for $75.
Tickets may be purchased online while available through gameday at the OleMissSports.com ticket site. Orders may also be made through Wednesday at noon by calling 662-915-7167 or visiting the Ole Miss Athletics Ticket Office located at Tad Smith Coliseum.
The Gameday Ticket Office is located between the Starnes Center and Athletics Administration building on All-American Drive. Tickets can be paid for with cash, VISA, MasterCard, or check. Cashier windows will open at 3 p.m. and remain open until halftime.
GROVE OPENS EARLY
The University of Mississippi campus will open at noon Friday for tailgating setup. Fans should be mindful that the university is not responsible for any property left unattended on campus.
Per the SEC’s Artificial Noisemaker Policy, cow bells are strictly prohibited in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Fans will be asked to return prohibited items to their cars before entering the stadium.
In the event that cow bells are smuggled in, please report the section, row and seat number to the nearest UPD officer or usher. You can also send a text to 69050 with the message: “Rebs cowbell (insert section and row)”.
