More Chris Jones

From the mother ship, another Chris Jones update for you as both Ole Miss and Mississippi State are scheduled to visit the five-star defensive end from Houston this Saturday.

No word on who won the coin flip to have the second visit, and it might be that who has the last visit is the winner. ┬áJones has said he will announce his decision on Signing Day. …

Also from the mother ship, our account of the season-ending injury for Ole Miss forward Aaron Jones and the injury to Nick Williams. The Rebels’ depth took a major hit.

  • What is the reward for cheating? What is the probability of getting caught? What is the punishment if we get caught? Today we accept cheating as a part of everyday life, like an ATM is. We fudge just a little on our income tax, We may practice just a little more than the NCAA will allow. We video tape the other teams signals. We take money to hurt key players on the opposing team. I can take this and boost my skills or get stronger, heal faster, hit more home runs, pitch until I am 50. If we can get this recruit to come here it will boost our media coverage and if we get caught it will be even more media coverage. We can survive NCAA sanctions, look at USC, Alabama, Michigan, Ohio State, Tennessee, Penn State and Miami. Probation is a small price to pay for the immense media coverage that will bring in millions through donations, merchandise sales, and season tickets.
