Rebels practice in Nashville

The Rebels worked out at Father Ryan High School earlier today in preparation for their SEC tournament opener Friday night at 9 against tonight’s Missouri-Texas A&M winner.

Probably Missouri.

Ole Miss coach Andy Kennedy says focus has been good and that his team is focused only on Friday night’s game, not any larger picture about what scenarios need to play out for the Rebels to reach the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2002.

I had hoped we might hear from Marshall Henderson after practice, but we did not.

Instead, Murphy Holloway talked and discussed the All-SEC voting,  saying he was more surprised by Henderson’s first-team absence than by his own.

Here’s some video.
