More than one personality

Marshall Henderson’s personality as much as his 3-point shooting has catapulted him into the spotlight on college basketball’s biggest stage.

The Rebels need all-out effort and a blend of all their personalities to make a run in the NCAA tournament.

” to make a run in the NCAA tournament” don’t be so fast on judgement, The Rebels have surprised many this season and i feel more surprised are ahead. They are a battlers, coming back from a 14 point deficit to beat a good Florida Gator Team to win the SEC Championship and to earn themselves a spot in the NCAA tournament. Their “hotdog” is a competitor and a winner. I like him – a very good basketball player. I think that entire Ole Miss basketball team is a winner and to be applauded. We all watched the game on Sunday and my family who are FSU Noles big fans were all for Ole Miss against the Gators. Hard to believe native Floridians rooting for a Mississippi team, but they did. JB

  • I was very critical of Sidney at the time. I still blame him for the distruction of Mississippi State’s hoops program, as well as the end of The Stansclown Era. That’s what I loved about Ricky Ray’s 2013 team, you never saw a player taking plays off or walking their fat butts to the other end. Sidney’s performance was the embarrassment, not his sportsmanship. He was too lazy to go to the trouble of being a poor sport , it would have caused the fat slob to sweat.
