Thursday Morning Update

Spanning the globe on a Thursday morning …

It was Get Acquainted Day for La Salle, Wichita State Thursday in Los Angeles. This would have been Ole Miss’ Sweet 16 game day had it defeated La Salle. Media opps were held Wednesday at the Staples Center. Had Ole Miss been there the questions no doubt would have had a football slant to them at some point. First there would have been a Marshall Henderson slant. It would have been interesting to see Henderson on that media stage.

More on La Salle-Wichita State, which would be “the” story of the tournament right now if Florida Gulf Coast wasn’t still playing.
