Question(s) of the Day

First off, did Marshall Henderson’s behavior this past basketball season offend you?

It’s often been said that it didn’t offend Ole Miss fans, only fans of other schools. Is that a true statement?

Secondly, what did you take from Henderson’s letter yesterday? Was the apology important?

Do you expect his behavior to change?

Can Henderson be as successful his second time through the SEC?

What does Ole Miss need Henderson to accomplish in his second season for the Rebels to make another run at the NCAAs?

Henderson evoked a lot of emotion from basketball fans this year. I agree with Andy Kennedy’s assessment regarding Henderson’s actions in that whatever he does “comes from the heart.” I believe that. He may need to change how he interacts with fans — the best approach may be not to interact — but he has been a good teammate, quick to share in the successes of other Ole Miss players and to invite them into the spotlight.

  • Marshall’s behavior did not offend me. Fact is I love his intentency and wished his teammates had shown more of his agressive style of play both on offence and defence. We had some games this year that it appeared we played lazy. Not Marshall. I’ll pay to watch him play, and I’ve been watching Rebel basketball since the days of Johnny Neuman. Play on Henderson!

  • Henderson’s behavior did not offend me at all! I thought he acted like a complete hooligan, but hey “birds of a feather, flock together.” I think he represents Ole MI$$ perfectly. What a great guy he is. We should all be so lucky to have kids that grow up and become Marshall Hendersons. Here here!!!

henderson’s actions didn’t bother me in the least. and personally i don’t care if they offended anyone from another team. people from other teams seldom, if ever, care about offending ole miss people. the thing i would like to see marshall do is pass more when his shot isn’t falling. i think this would help us win more and bring more attention to him as well. HOTTY TODDY AND GO REBS.

i have a bigger problem with at times it appearing that coach K could not control him.
intensity is good being cocky even at the coach not so much,’
Buell you have to be turf guys brother. you think you are so smart but yet cant read how dumb you sound. Mullin and the high road. He is a jerk plain and simple and he is two years away from being out. soon talk will be old and on field success or lack of will catch up. He had one good year and has went backwards since.
his 8 wins came at a soft soft schedule and if it had not been so soft a bowl game would not have even been on the radar. i am not anti State but an Anti Mullins and even the atmosphere he brings. You can fire folks up the right way. want to know how just look north from Starkville

  • More slime oozing out of Auburn, with reports of sythetic marijuana tests that were dealt with in a peculiar way. If you venture into south Alabama you better have your hip waders on, for it is toxic down there! All this information is coming by the way of a trial, where some former players are testifing under oath. They will “roll over” eventually. Ye been warned.

Other than you and maybe an Auburn fan, who cares?!!! And why aren’t you there permanently…you know, slime goes with…well…slime.
