Vandy has enough fire power to beat Ole Miss less these four naughty boy. I think Vandy will win the game in a few days from now sending the Rebels into a tail spend. After Vandy come of what should be a give me, but then disaster on the way The Longhorns of which is a better team from last season, next up The Tide of which Ole Miss hardly ever beat, Auburn???on and on down the schedule. I Do believe the Rebels can manage a 6-6 season and some bowl off in yonder land.

And then again…we probably beat Vandy!!!

Ole Miss had problems in the past with Vandy, Missouri, these could possible be two loses here, and Texas, Alabama, LSU ( I believe Rebs can beat LSU with a few breaks, other questionable is Arkansas, Troy State of which in the past have been a giant killer, Miss State, flip a coin and hope the coin lands heads up, Auburn another thorn in the side of the Rebels in the past, Idaho new territory. So I stick with a 6-6 record and fourth in SEC west. Texas A&M no push over even with the absence of ManzieL they will compete, but I believe Johnny will play.

JB! You may be a little pessimistic…I got the Jonnie Reblebears getting 7 wins…if they can beat Troy…Old coach at Troy knows football…ask Nebraska and Mizzu…7 wins gets Rebelbears to the Idaho Potatoes Bowl.

Been an Ole Miss fan since about 1947 just after the Charley Cornerly days Seen some mighty Rebel football teams and players. outstanding players of rec ent year Eli Manning and Archie, Patrick Willis, and my man Powe, Powe was a defenseive line all in himself, a bit like Bubby Smith, Powe just grabbed the entire backfield and let go of the ones that did not have the football, that’s about the way Powe did it. Probably Archie Manning a true Rebel and competitor and it carried on with him to me and my son’s favorite NFL Team the Saints. Archie, DL Derlan Moore, and a DB was three players the Saints would not turn loose of. Now present day Rebels I believe they have found a very good coach in Hugh Freeze and I further believe he is going to make a big winner of them, maybe not this season, but could be next season when he gets this outstanding class of recruits established and some playing experience under their belts. A PA Writes every day how they are building and getting depth in the lineup of which they have not had in a few years. So I am an old country boy from Tula MIssissippi and Yocona HIgh School, Lafayette Co.

DB of old Saints team i mention above was Tommy Meyer, Derland Moore and Archie Manning.the three permanent Saints.
