The true focus is; Florida State is getting the shaft, in my opinion Seminole should be the top rated team, Much better than Alabama. Stronger competition. Alabama has played no team of any importance.Full BCS Standings (PDF)

How has FSU played stronger competition than Alabama? FSU has played Pitt, Nevada, Bethune-Cookman, Boston College, Maryland, and Clemson. I hardly call that an extremely strong schedule. The only team that is ranked is Clemson and they are way overrated as they haven’t had much of a schedule either. Alabama has beaten two top 15 teams in V Tech and A&M. Also, if I remember correctly from reading a couple of weeks ago, Alabama’s strength of schedule was about 20 teams ahead of FSU. I am not an Alabama fan, but I clearly believe they are the best team in the country right now.

i had to put my two cent worth in for the Noles, that is if i want to remain in the food line here in this house its loaded with FSU folk and i am a Gator. Gator have not done much this season to brag about, Nov 30 in the swamp is the date.for State claiming rights.

Duly noted, sir. I like the Gators as well. Despite their short comings thus far, the talent is still there. I think the Nov. 30 game will be a great one. I’m not counting the Gators out. A game can go either way when you’re battling for state supremacy.

I am a huge Florida State but I would have to agree with Lee. But I am impressed with the ‘Noles and the talent we have. Don’t particularly like the Tide, but the Southeastern Conference is stout. It’s so good, they end up beating each other.
