Basketball Rebels in action today at 3

Both Ole Miss basketball teams are back in action today at Tad Smith Coliseum, their third doubleheader this month.

The Rebels have the game this time and will tip at 3 p.m., against North Carolina A&T.

The Aggies, of the MEAC, of 1-3.

Ole Miss (3-0) equalled its most points 15 years last Friday with a 111-82 win over Mississippi Valley State.

Ole Miss center Demarco Cox had a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds in that game. Here’s Cox:


The Ole Miss women have won back-to-back games against Southeaster Louisiana and Tennessee State and will face Louisiana-Monroe approximately 30 minutes after the men’s game.

Junior guard Jarvis Summers leads Ole Miss with 18.7 points a game.

Marshall Henderson adds 17 points a game. He had 15 points and was 4-for-8 from 3-point range against Valley.

The Ole Miss women are 3-4, led by Valencia McFarland and Tia Faleru, each with 15 points a game.
