Freshman All-Americans

The Rebels’ consensus top 10 signing class continues to reel in postseason honors.

Earlier this week offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil was named second-team All-SEC by The Associated Press, wide receiver Laquon Treadwell was named SEC Freshman of the Year and Conner was named to the league’s all-freshman team.

Today the trio was named to the Sporting News freshman all-America team. LINK

Tunsil made nine starts at left tackle this season. He sustained an MCL injury against Mississippi State, and his status for the bowl game is unclear.

Treadwell leads Ole Miss with 67 catches and shares the team lead with Donte Moncrief with five touchdown catches. He has 557 yards, 8.3 yards per catch.

Conner has 59 tackles, four tackles for loss, an interception, five pass break-ups and four hurries.
