Ole Miss baseball improved to 4-0 with a 6-0 win over Tennessee Wednesday afternoon — Tennessee at Martin.

Mike Bianco said he wanted to get work for a lot of pitchers, and he did, using six. Sophomore Jacob Waguespack absorbed two hits and three walks over four innings to get the win.

It took the Rebels some time to expand the lead. It was 2-0 in the eighth when they scored four runs. There were eight Ole Miss hits in the game, two each for Auston Bousfield and Austin Anderson.

Ole Miss next plays Friday at 4 against Georgia State, the first of three in the weekend series at Swayze Field. …

From Bleacher Report, Barrett Sallee says the Ole Miss administration, while rightfully supporting the Nkemdiches at this time, should be very concerned about the lawsuit because of the nature of attack in the alleged incident. …
