Kennedy talks regular season finale

Ole Miss coach Andy Kennedy says he hopes his team will play with some spunk tomorrow, just three days after a 30-point loss at Arkansas the really wasn’t as close as the final score indicated.

The Rebels take on Vanderbilt at 12:30 at Tad Smith Coliseum.

Here’s Kennedy:

It’s Senior Day for Marshall Henderson. Kennedy said he challenged players in a “frank” discussion after the Arkansas game to leave it on the court for Henderson, because they’ll want teammates to do the same for them when they’re seniors.

Kennedy didn’t really offer anything to clarify the status of suspended backup point guard Derrick Millinghaus but left open the possibility that Millinghaus could play.
