Ole Miss snapped a four-game losing streak to Memphis with a 9-1 win last night. Will Allen and Sikes Orvis hit home runs, and the Rebels scored three in the fourth, four in the fifth.

Ole Miss is 26-8 and takes on Murray State tonight at 6:30 at Swayze Field. …

The fraternity of former Georgia players will be well-represented on draft day with perhaps as many as three players selected. One you’ll probably not remember. …

    That was an impressive win–on the road–last night against the Memphis Tigers and a quality win. Memphis has an RPI ranking of #32.
    Ole Miss should win tonight and go on to face a State team with an RPI ranking of #41.
    Diamond Rebs have been ”in the zone” these last 5 games.

    Finally the Sharkfins baseball team plays a quality team…a rival, if you will. What trophy did they get for beating Memphis in the Elvis Bowl..LMAO
