In what is described by the commissioner as a low-key week, the autonomy of the five power conferences in the looming restructuring of the NCAA is a big topic for the week. So too is the buzz phrase “full cost of attendance” which deals with more money for student-athletes. The second won’t begin before the first, and sometimes it’s hard to keep those items separate.
