An overly conservative Bianco strikes again. Best hitting team in SEC, Jamison knocks the cover off the ball in his first AB, and this way-too-close-too the vest genius suicide squeezes his own team out of a great opportunity. He obviously did not take any responsibility for similar bad calls in SEC tournament last week.

Great win against the Huskies. The Rebels are just one win away (tomorrow) from winning the Oxford Regional. Great coaching by Coach Bianco and great play by the Diamond Rebs. Hotty Toddy!

KB, Amen!! i must say Rebels are very energetic two on third base at same time, that is dedicated.

What matters is the WIN column! Oooh Rah

    PA…a question.
If ULL beats the Bulldogs and Ole Miss beats Washington today…do the Rebels have to travel to Lafayette to play the Ragin’ Cagins?

    • TheGiantRebel

yes. UL-L is a national seed.

Guess I’ll be pulling for the team beneath us (TTBU). :))

Yep. That was the fuss about getting a national seed. FWIW, Ole Miss has hosted three supers and has been a national seed only once. Could work out that way again. Although, I don’t think today is going to be easy for Ole Miss. Washington is good, and they’ve been able to manage their pitching pretty well to this point.
