The Associated Press reports that an attorney for the woman allegedly sexually assaulted by Jamies Winston says Florida State University is investigating its quarterback for a possible student conduct violation. An attorney for the state of Florida did not bring charges against Winston last December because he said there was not enough evidence to convict him. ..
