Ole Miss sideline reporter Stan Sandroni dies

Stan Sandroni, who had begun his 26th season as the sideline reporter for the Ole Miss football broadcast team, has died.

A TeleSouth Communications report said Sandroni, 64, died of a heart attack. Oxford Citizen sports editor John Davis reported that Sandroni had been recovering from a medical procedure performed Tuesday when he was rushed to a local hospital and died late Wednesday.
