Looks like Chad Kelly’s day in court is under way. I’m hoping for a call back from his attorney. We’ll see.
In the meantime, @TheBuffaloNews has put together an interesting timeline on the twists and turns for a guy who could very well be the Ole Miss starting quarterback in 2015.
According to reports from media covering Chad Kelly’s court appearance, Kelly accepted a plea deal. He has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and has received a sentence of 50 hours of community service which can be performed in Oxford.
There has been no immediate word from Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze on Kelly’s situation.
A school spokesman has responded and said that Freeze has not made a decision on Kelly’s future and will not before meeting with Kelly and his family.
