Speaking of Ole Miss quarterbacks, here’s one who ready to end the winter break:

The future of Peyton Manning is suddenly a big story line. Archie’s middle son has been non-committal on whether he will return in 2015.

Peyton is 11-13 in NFL playoff games after the Broncos lost 24-13 to the Colts on Sunday. Reports have since come out that Manning played that game with a torn quad.

An interesting read here on one outlet’s take on the No. 1 clutch quarterback in the postseason. It is a Manning, but it isn’t Peyton.

Peyton is also without a coach now as John Fox and Denver parted ways. CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson threw out this nugget Monday:

Former Ole Miss end Greg Hardy will be back in court on Feb. 9 with his domestic violence case. …

There are differing opinions on an eight-team college football playoff. Auburn’s Gus Malzahn is all for it. …
