Video Blog: Bortles hoping Memphis win triggers run

By John Davis, Oxford Citizen

Ole Miss defeated Memphis 7-5 Tuesday night at AutoZone Park. The win was significant but mores because the Rebels rallied from a 3-0 deficit to post the win.

Bortles was one of three Rebels with three hits in the victory. He also finished with three RBIs overall. Ole Miss collected 13 hits as a team, including seven with two outs. It was the best the offense looked in a game in a while. Bortles talks about the win, and how the team has worked on scoring runners when they are in positions to do so.
