Tunsil talks rehab and more

From the Mother Ship, our Laremy Tunsil update.

Here’s the video of Tunsil’s interview time with us yesterday. Crank up the volume. He doesn’t mumble, but he doesn’t speak loudly.

Laremy Tunsil talks about his rehab and how he leans on Laquon Treadwell for advice. Treadwell had the same injuries two months before Tunsil. It’s been helpful for Tunsil to talk with Treadwell to get an idea about what the next phase of rehab might be like.

He also mentions the NFL projections that are out there for him, the difficulty in blocking those out and focusing on the here and now.

Tunsil seems to understand his NFL future will be determined in large part by the here and now of his rehab, by getting healthy, getting back on the field and having the individual year that those draft analysts expect of him.

If he does that, Ole Miss will likely have the big year that many expect of the Rebels.
