Ole Miss headed to play at No. 1 UCLA

By John Davis, Oxford Citizen

Ole Miss is officially back in the NCAA Baseball Tournament. A year after advancing to the College World Series, the Rebels are a No. 2 seed at UCLA or the Los Angeles Regional.

The Bruins are the No. 1 overall seed in the field, and the Rebels will play No. 3 seed Maryland in the first game on Friday night.

Ole Miss (30-26) and Maryland (39-21) will play Friday night at Jackie Robinson Stadium at 6. The Terrapins went 14-10 in the Big Ten this season, finishing fourth overall and advancing to play in the Big Ten Tournament championship game.
