Who’s the best? SEC coaches have the answer

From the Mother Ship, SEC coaches would like to see equity in the cost of attendance numbers. They just don’t know how to get there right now and may not until they see how active litigation changes the landscape moving forward.

Cost of Attendance

And …

For seven years the SEC proclaimed its string of national championship. Now it hasn’t won one in the last two years and didn’t play for it last year.

Is it still the dominant football conference? That depends on who you ask and how you spin it.

These days the coaches are trumpeting the competitive depth of the league particularly in the SEC West where Hugh Freeze says all seven teams should be ranked in the top 25.

I agree the depth is better than its been, but much of that was in place during the national championship run.
