Ole Miss picks up grad transfer tight end

While Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze lost one tight end today with the dismissal of redshirt freshman Sammie Epps, he added another, announcing a few minutes ago that Dillon Barrett, a graduate transfer from Lamar, will enroll at Ole Miss and will be eligible immediately.

He had 17 catches for 194 yards last year as a junior. He played in all 12 games, starting three.

Here’s Barrett’s bio from Lamar.
