Ole Miss at No. 17 in AP Top 25

Ole Miss checks in at No. 17 in the preseason AP Top 25, released today.

The Rebels were No. 15 in the preseason coaches poll released several weeks ago.

Ole Miss is the fifth of eight SEC teams ranked, the fourth of five SEC West teams in the poll. Right behind the Rebels is Arkansas in the No. 18 spot.

Ohio State is 1, TCU 2, Alabama 3.

Auburn is No. 6, Georgia 9, LSU 14 followed by Ole Miss, Arkansas, Missouri at 24 and Tennessee at 25.
