More than a blocker

Jeremy Liggins gained fame last season for being a hefty short-yardage quarterback. That will still be a part of his role this season, but as the back-up tight end Liggins believes he’ll surprise some folks with his route-running and pass-catching, and Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze agrees.

    I remember this big guy when he played for Lafayette Co. HS, they came down here and played the Fort Walton Beach High School Viking (Danny Warfeld old HS) and walked and ran all over the smaller Viking Team, my wife’s nephew was the Lafayette Co. team center, thats whats brought us to the game, and yes I wore my Ole Miss Col Rebel baseball cap to the game. I still have that old cap as a reminder that I still have Rebel blood flowing in my veins.and Col Reb is alive and a warrior.
