Rebels would like to duplicate their Alabama start at Memphis

Not their Florida one.

Ole Miss had early success and took a quick lead against Alabama while keeping the Tide off the scoreboard in the first quarter.

Everything that went right at Alabama went wrong at Florida, and the Rebels are hoping to do things to ensure a quick start at Memphis, their third road game against a ranked opponent this season.

From the Mother Ship, Rebels hope to come out punching.

I have a feeling that the Rebels will want to make a BIG statement Saturday. Last year the Rebels put–basically the same–Memphis team away 24-3.
The computer says Ole Miss 35 Memphis 21
    Fins UP!!!

KB, go luck to you and your Rebels against Memphis , My guess is that Ole Miss about 28 and Memphis at about 21 give or take a few points either side of the coin. I remember in my youthful years in Tula, Memphis as Memphis State with a coach named ,i think Billy Spooks Murphy and they played in the old Crump Stadium of which gave way to the now Liberty Bowl and also in Memphis the Cotton Carnival with Southern Beauties on parade, Its been a long time back, much before your days on planet earth. enjoy the game its going to be a good one. Go Rebels!
